Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions describe what you are legally entitled to expect when you purchase travel related services from M/s Maansa Tour & Travel services LLP trading as Holidayvent. Kindly go through the terms and conditions given below before you submit query, booking form and deposit.

The term "we","us", "our" and "company" refer to M/s Maansa Tour & Travel services LLP trading as Holidayvent. The term "you" refers to the customer visiting our website, booking a reservation through us or otherwise using our services. Your holiday booking contract made with Holidayvent will be registered in the head office and all bookings will follow these terms and conditions.

Reservation policy

  1. An authorized representative of Holidayvent will made and confirm your booking.
  2. You are requested to fill all necessary fields given in the Booking Form on the Holidayvent website.
  3. Your reservation form must be completed and submitted at the time of your booking with a deposit of 50% of the total cost of package.
  4. An online notice from the company will confirm your booking.
  5. Services provided by the company will be confirmed in the booking form.
  6. All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule.
  7. No reservation is accepted and completed till the agreed amount for the desired service is received by Holidayvent from the customer.
  8. Company will communicate with you about your holiday only on the contact number, E-mail provided by you on the booking form.

Price policy

  1. For the services contracted, you have to deposit 50% of the total cost of booking to M/s Maansa Pvt. Ltd. The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.
  2. You have to pay your balance payment 15 days prior to the date of start of service.
  3. If you need your service within 15 days or very soon like then you will have to pay full and final payment at the time of booking.
  4. Any booking not paid in full by the due date is subject to automatic cancellation with further notification.
  5. Company will notify you of any increase in price before accepting your booking.
  6. If any member of the reservation fail to show or wish to leave early no refund can be given for any monies paid.
  7. In some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance.
  8. The bookings shall be processed only after the registration amount is paid in full.
  9. In case of billing errors, Company reserves the right to re-invoice. Holidayvent reserves the right to take necessary legal action in respect of dishonored cheques as may be advised.

Mode of payment

Prices are valid for payment by Credit card, cash, cheque or bank transfer.

  1. By Online Credit Card Payment (American Express / Visa / Master Card / Discover / Diners Club).
  2. By Online Debit Card Payment (by Master / Visa / Maestro).
  3. By Offline Credit Card Payment (American Express / Visa / Master Card / Discover / Diners Club).
  4. By Cash / Cheque / Demand Draft.
  5. By Bank Transfer (RTGS & NEFT).

Payment receipt

  1. After final confirmation and payment process a copy of the invoice, payment receipt will be sent to the customer through e-mail.
  2. An original copy of the invoice, payment receipt will be given to the customer along with other original travel service vouchers upon arrival on the destination.
  3. A copy of all service vouchers (hotel and transport vouchers etc) will also be forwarded to the respective hotels/resorts/safari vessel/airline and other service providers by our file handling executive for further arrangements.
  4. In case the customer wishes to receive the original travel documents by courier at any place outside the country, the customer will be payable to us in advance for the courier expenses etc.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation and Changes by company

  1. Sometime it might be necessary to make some changes to your holiday package and the Company reserves the right to do so at any time.
  2. If it happens you will be notified of any changes at the earliest possible opportunity.
  3. The Company reserves the right to cancel your holiday at any time before the date of departure, even after a confirmation notice has been sent.
  4. If your holiday is cancelled the Company will refund full money you have already paid. No compensation will be payable.
  5. There will be no compensation for minor changes.
  6. Minor changes include minimal changes to departure and arrival times, changes to the type of aircraft used and restaurant and accommodation changes to a comparable or superior standard.
  7. If a major change to your tour is necessary and providing it is not beyond the reach of Company's control, you have
    1. to accept the change of arrangements OR
    2. to purchase another holiday from us OR
    3. To cancel your holiday.
  8. Major changes can also cause cancellation of your booking. Compensation will not be paid for changes and cancellations which are beyond the companies control and caused by acts of god, war, threat, civil strike, terrorist activity, natural or manmade disaster, closure of airports, adverse weather conditions.
  9. The company also has the right to refuse any person as a member of the tour; if in their opinion that person could endanger the health, safety and enjoyment of others on the tour.
  10. If you fail to pay the remaining balance of the holiday package at least 15 days before departure, the Company will treat the booking as cancelled and levy the cancellation charges set out below:-
  11. Prior to the 15 days 50% of deposit will be charged as cancellation charges.
  12. Prior to 10-15 days 100% of deposit will be charged as cancellation charges.
  13. Prior 7-10 days 80% of tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
  14. 1-7 days 100% of tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges and you will receive no refund.

In any of the events mentioned above, the company's sole liability and the client's sole remedy will be limited to a refund of any paid monies paid, less the amount for services already utilized plus administrative fees.

Cancellation and changes by you

  1. You can cancel your holiday package at any time, but you have to notify the Company in writing via E-mail or letter. The same charges discussed above will be levied again on any cancellation:
  2. If you are cancelling your package prior to the 15 days 50% of your deposit will be charged as cancellation charges.
  3. If you are cancelling your package prior to the 10-15 days 100% of your deposit will be charged as cancellation charges.
  4. If you are cancelling your package prior to the 7-10 days 80% of your tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
  5. If you are cancelling your package prior to the 1-7 days 100% of your deposit will be charged as cancellation charges and you will receive no refund.
  6. If you cancel your booking there is no refund for special fare tickets.
  7. Airfares are fully non-refundable and non-transferable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Holidayvent and its entire representative are committed to provide the best of their services to every customer.

OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. We reserve the right to change any schedule for the comfort, safety and general well being of customer.
  2. Our prices are based on the prevailing rates as provided by hotels, airlines, and transport services. Hotel, airline, transport services reserve the right to modify the rates without any prior notice. In such cases company reserve the rights to modify the rates according to the modification made by hotels, transport, airlines services.
  3. The Company is not responsible if you or any member of your party suffer death, illness or injury as a result of improper performance.
  4. Company will not accept the liability if any member of your party suffers illness, injury or death through misadventure arising out of an activity, which does not form part of the holiday the Company has arranged for you.
  5. We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred‐directly or indirectly‐due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
  6. If you notify us at least two day prior to the scheduled departure time by visiting our branch/agency counter we can try to change date or time made to your booking.
  7. Company will also not going to take the responsibility for any complaint / dispute between the customer and any hotel/resort/cruise/airline.
  8. The company will provide general & appropriate assistance where at the time of the trouble.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. You have to take care of your luggage and belongings during your trip.
  2. You are responsible for arranging your own travel insurance, though an appropriate policy can be incorporated into your tour package.
  3. You have to provide all details of your health policies with sufficient proof.
  4. Each member of the party must have a valid passport, visas (if necessary) and all documentation necessary for the countries/place they are touring.
  5. The Company will not accept any responsibility for any delay or expense for your documents which is not in order.
  6. By booking a holiday with the Company you have to behave in an orderly manner and not to disrupt the enjoyment of others on holiday.
  7. You will not do anything to bring the reputation of the Company into disrepute. If you breach this clause your holiday will be terminated with immediate effect.
  8. It is your responsibility to disclose any pre existing medical condition in booking form.
  9. The company reserves the right to recover from the offending party. The offending party or the responsible person who signed the booking form will compensate the company for any damage.
  10. Passengers are requested to report at least 30 minutes in advance before the departure time. The bus will not wait for passengers who are late.

General

  1. The ticket is valid for the particular journey to which it is issued.
  2. You are responsible for arranging your own travel insurance, though an appropriate policy can be incorporated into your tour package.
  3. We can ask you about your personal information such as dietary requirements, disability/medical or religious information etc. This information will be kept confidential by the company.
  4. Smoking and consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the coach.
  5. Pets and Animals are not allowed inside during journey.
  6. Full ticket is compulsory for children above than 5 year. Without ticket children will not be allowed to board the bus (Age proof required).
  7. The Company will not hold themselves responsible for the non-performance of an itinerary through causes beyond their control.
  8. Notify the company about the problem so that they can take remedial action
  9. If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant airline, hotel, local agent of other suppliers immediately so that they can endeavor to put things right.
  10. If you cannot resolve the problems, you must contact the Company office so that they are given an opportunity to help.
  11. We will try to resolve your complaint at the first point of contact.
  12. These terms and conditions may be varied depending upon the regional circumstances, any special situation related to that location.
  13. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable to the Client and/or travellers/persons travelling with the Client for any personal injuries, sickness, loss of baggage or denial of visas. In any case, the Company shall not be liable towards any consequential loss, damage or extra costs suffered by the Client for any reasons whatsoever.

We can modify this agreement without prior notice to you.
