1. How many days prior can I book a tour on Holidayvent?

Domestic holiday can be booked even 1 day prior to departure, provided you walk in to any of our branches.

2. How can I book a tour?

3. What are Holidayvent's Holiday components?

Includes your hotel

Accommodation

transfers and sightseeing,

A combination of any two or more of these service or only one stand alone service.

4. What is the tour itinerary subject to last minute change?

Yes, in case of force majeure events we can make changes in tour itinerary.

5. What is generally the size of a tour group?

Generally the number of guest travelling varies depending on the destination. The average group size can be 28 to 56.

6. Is there any refund against cancellation?

Cancellation of tour will attract certain cancellation charges. The travel consultant will give you the details about such cancellation at the time of booking or for more information on cancellation charges.

7. After paying once, will I get refund of the tour cost?

In case of cancellation of your tour by the Company, you will get the refund of actual amount paid by you. But if you cancel the tour, the cancellation charges will be applicable as per mentioned cancellation policy in Terms & conditions.

8. Can I transfer my Refund amount to any other tour or to my friends or relatives tour?

Yes, your refund amount is transferable to your other tour. In case, if you want your refund amount to be transferred to that your friends or relatives tour, we'll need a duly signed Authority Letter from you.

9. What kind of room category does Holidayvent provide to our Guest?

It is a standard room, which is provided; however, depending upon your requirement, the room category can be upgraded at additional cost.

10. What meals are included on the Tour?

For Domestic it's mostly breakfast and dinner.( Only Vegetable meal)

11. Can a traveller take a wheelchair on tour?

Yes, you can bring your own wheel chair and move at most of the sightseeing places but a qualified companion must accompany guest who are traveling on wheelchair.

12. What documentation do I need to book a tour?

For Domestic Tour a traveller must submit Valid, govt. issued photo ID.

13. What does Holidayvent's website prices comprises?

The price, which we offer is generally includes accommodation charges, taxes (unless specified otherwise) and in special cases some meals (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner). It never comprises any personal expense or other additional charges like telephone calls, personal-man services, entrance fees of any monuments and bar charges, etc.

14. Can I get Visa and Travel insurance on the Holidayvent ?

No we do not provide visa & travel insurance services.

15. What is an e-ticket of Holidayvent ?

An e -ticket or electronic ticket is a paperless ticket, which is sent to you via email. There are no physical documents involved. It ensures hassle free travel; you can travel without the fear of losing or misplacing the ticket. You just need to carry a print out of your e-ticket along with a valid photo ID while checking in for your flight. You will only receive an e-ticket when confirmation of the booking and payment is received on the registered email ID and mobile number along with the ticket details.

16. Can I make a booking over the phone?

Yes, you can call us/ Whats app us on our Contact Number +91 98056 58476 OR can write us mail on support@holidayvent.com .

For hotel and vacation packages booked over the phone, our reservation agents would process all your travel details and check for availability with the hotel. Your travel would be confirmed over e-mail as soon as we receive a confirmation from the hotel.
